Cancellation Policy
Cancellations:
Appointments must be cancelled or rescheduled 48 hours in advance. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before your appointment will result in a 50% cancellation fee charged to the card on file.
No-Shows:
No-shows will be charged 50% of the service total and may be blocked from booking future appointments.
Late Arrivals:
There is a 10-minute grace period. If you arrive later than 10 minutes, your appointment may be cancelled, and the cancellation fee will apply. If accepted, your service may be shortened to avoid delaying the next client.
